- Standard 2.6: The student leader prepares and asks valuable questions.
- Evidence: Back in February of this year, ASB and some staff members conducted interviews for next years leadership class applicants. There, we spent 10 hours interviewing student who were interested in being in the class for the 2023-2024 school year. In these interviews, the other interviewers and I asked several questions both relating to who they are as a person and how they think they can grow in the position they were applying for.

- Standard 3.4: The student leader uses appropriate volume, tone, emphasis, and diction.
- Evidence: Last year for Tracy High School's Homecoming Night Rally, I was one of the two main MC's. This rally usually lasts for about an hour and a half to two hours. My announcing consisted of introducing club or class performances, club sweethearts, and our royal court. This means that I had to be enthusiastic when I was announcing to get the crowd excited and for them to stay interested and connected. Announcing the club sweethearts took extra work because I wanted to make sure I said their names correctly, so before the rally, I went to them and asked how they would like their name to be pronounced. Overall, being an MC for the biggest rally of the year has allowed me to grow my public speaking skills as well as demonstrate my current abilities.

PERSONAL & SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
- Reflection with Chitwood
- Reflection with Chitwood
- Standard 1.1 The student leader acknowledges different personality types and how to work together in an all-inclusive group setting.
- Evidence: Both this year and last year I participated and was involved in a Leadership Development Day between the high schools in the Tracy Unified School District. The other schools that participated along with ours were West High School and Kimball High School. Through those two days of working with leadership students from other schools we effectively came up with new ideas to make our school community more fun and engaging, such as connection weeks, new spirit days, and new rally games. We all shared ideas or traditions that our school had with each other and it grew my perspective of all the things we could do as a leadership class.

CIVIC & SERVICE LEARNING
- Standard 1.1: The student leader develops partnerships with various student, school, parent, and community groups.
- Evidence: Part of my 2nd semester committee group was being in charge of unity week. Unity week is club-based celebration and spirit week at our school where we celebrate our cultures and diversity. It is a week that is supposed to bring students together and appreciate and love one another for who they are. As one of the head people of this event, the clubs and funds commissioner and I met with thee club presidents around campus to come up with a spirit week and our end of the week unity fair. I was able to gain valuable partnerships with other people around our campus and hopefully it got more people engaged and appreciative of their clubs and heritage.

- Standard 2.4: The student leader develops and implements a research-based plan of action to address a specific community need.
- Evidence: For the past two years I have been working on a project called "Chloe's Closet" to implement here at Tracy High. Chloe's Closet is a free clothing closet for students or anyone is need of clothing. It allows students to get clothes they feel express themselves or just clothes they need. I took a major interest in this need after one of my teachers told me. this story about one of his former students and how they used to give that student clothes and blankets so they could stay warm in thee winter. I also wanted to spread my passion and love for fashion with the rest of my school and that is why I started this project. Over the summer and even this school year, I collected many donations of clothing from friends, family, and the community for this project. All of this hard work has turned into a project that I plan to keep going even after I graduate. I believe everyone should have the same opportunity to express themselves through their clothing and that people of my age should not be limited to a price tag.

GOVERNMENT
- Standard 1.1: The student leader identifies the purpose and function of government, the scope and limits of authority, and the principle "consent of the governed."
- Evidence: This semester, the rest of the AG/SCI seniors and I had the privilege of going to our state's capital in Sacramento. We got to watch the last few minutes of one of their meetings where they talked about opening day for the baseball season among other things. Another thing we saw on our tour of the buildingwas where the congress and house members meet.

- Standard 1.5: The student leader contributes to committees and/or councils and recognizes how the committees and/or councils benefit the student leadership team.
- Evidence: One of the things I am in charge of as the ASB VP is running a council and committee. My council I am in charge of is Team Pink and it consists of the Vice Presidents from all of the classes, as well as our youtube and social media commissioners. Together we collaborate to make new ideas for our school as well as set goals for ourselves individually or as a group. In leadership we also have committees where each committees has a few focused topic to accomplish for that quarter. For the first quarter of this school year, I was in charge of the Dog Pound and Noontime committee. As the leader of the Dog Pound committee I worked with the Spirit Commissioners along with the rest of my group to make student section themes for all of the football games this season. We came up with many new and fun ideas that greatly increased our participation from last year. I also had the opportunity to lead a couple of the Dog Pounds as well because our spirit commissioners were out of town, and one of my favorites is pictured down below. For noontimes, we created ideas that would benefit us as a class by getting feedback of what people want to see from us in the future, but we also kept our fan-favorite traditional game which is musical chairs. Leading and being in charge of these two different groups has not only benefited the school and others' experience, but it has also benefitted me as well in staying organized and delegating.

- Standard 1.3: The student leader tracks income and expenses and identifies profit and loss.
- Evidence: As a class, every Thursday we have our ASB meeting days where we do many things, one of them being approving expenditures. Our clubs and funds commissioner reads them off to the rest of the class to catch any mistakes and be overall aware of where our ASB and class funds are going. This process also leads to the expenditures being approved my motions from people within the class.

- Standard 4.2: The student leader makes sure each advertisement contains all necessary information for the product or event.
- Evidence: Over the past couple years, I have created these, along with many more story posts like the third one pictured, for students to come support the girls volleyball team. Each of these posts has accurate information about when, where, and what is taking place, as well as the opposing team. The first two posts pictured also include a theme for the student section we selected for that game. For the volleyball blackout dog pound, the volleyball boosters generously bought shirts for the first 50 students at the game to receive when they are entering the gym. The volleyball boosters asked me to advertise this information, so I included it in this post that has the rest of the information for the game on it.
